As a digital product designer at Novozymes, my focus was on the customer experience and delivering digital products that bring value to our customers and business. Finding out our customer needs and pains and user-test assumptions so I knew early in the design process, whether these assumptions were worth moving forward with or not.
I have worked on projects to create new customer leads and web-apps for troubleshooting our customer’s production facility and also web-apps for calculating the number of enzymes to be added in our customer’s products.
